Lots to Love

Group of black and red fluffy Scottish Highland cattle

Scottish Highlands make incredible pets.

They are calm, docile and very intelligent.  The attraction of the Scottish Highland breed is undeniable, with immense character from their coat and horns. Whether you plan on spending time loving on your cows each day, or simply watching them graze as you relax - what more could you want in your front paddock?

Highlands are low maintenance, tough and hardy. They are well known to be nonselective grazers which can do well in poor paddocks with less feed than other cattle breeds, and are effective at clearing overgrown undergrowth, if that is what you need! They are ideal for regenerative grazing and perfect for small acreages. With their thick double coat, they cope well in the cold and adapt well to our Australian climate.

When you buy from us, you can be assured that your new calves have been treated with their welfare in mind from day one, with all preventative health care done. Our calves come vaccinated, drenched, and steers are castrated with pain relief.
