Since establishing Koolah Creek Highlands, we’ve been carefully selecting the very best Highlands for pedigree, temperament, sound structure and overall Highland breed character. We have collected a fold of Highland cows and bulls that we are very proud of!

At Koolah Creek, we are committed to upholding the highest standards for purebred Highland cattle, preserving the heritage of Highland Cattle, and improving the quality of the breed in Australia. Our stud cattle are all registered with the Australian Highland Cattle Society (AHCS). We breed both Purebred (P) and Fully Imported Bloodline (FIB) registered stud stock.

We utilise artificial insemination (AI) and embryo transfer (ET) , which allows us to utilise the very best genetics from Australia and internationally as we continue to build our fold.
